Design and Build

As experts in design build approach, we at LEAD take the time to understand our client’s desires and provide them with a single source for project functionality, style, and quality. Striving for excellence, we also cooperate closely with a selection of exceptional leading architects in the region.
LEAD is with you all the way during the pre-construction stage, making site assessments and delivering budgetary information, as well as managing design and permit processes . We execute a considerable amount of design-build work and can evaluate design on a collaborative basis to help simplify the construction process. This is key to eliminate possible disputes and avoid any
design or construction related problems. By working with a design team throughout the design phase of a project allows us to eliminate and prevent any potential construction issues before they even occur by interacting with the project’s architect and design team daily as well as continuously assessing the overall costs, we can assure our clients that they are receiving excellent quality and cost-effective construction.

General Contracting

General Contracting approach is an ideal delivery method for clients who have already assigned their design consultants and know exactly what they want and need. When this option is selected, LEAD provides competitive prices and advantages over competing general contractors. Many Corporate Owners utilize this approach as they typically have facility management teams in place, but this choice is not for all clients as sometimes the cost of the work presented in the construction documents comes in over the project budget.

Construction Management

Using Construction Management approach, LEAD offers a variety of services to our clients, during the pre-design, design, construction, and project commissioning phases. We work as a partner with our clients using a variety of Construction Management contracts, including cost plus a fee, and construction management at risk (CMAR) so all stakeholders can concentrate on the priorities of the project’s successful outcome through this flexible and adaptable process.
